## Terms of Service

**Website:** [https://edverse.asia/](https://edverse.asia/)
**Last Updated:** 24
October 2026

Welcome to Edverse (“Edverse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions
govern your access to and use of [https://edverse.asia/](https://edverse.asia/),
including our online courses, training programs, learning materials, learner accounts,
assessments, certificates, and related educational services.

By accessing our website, registering an account, enrolling in a course, purchasing
a subscription, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using the relevant services.

##### 1. About Edverse

Edverse is an online learning platform designed to help individuals develop their
knowledge, professional skills, and personal capabilities through accessible online
education.

Our services may include:

    - Online courses and professional development programs.

    - Recorded video lessons and digital learning materials.

    - Leadership, management, business, education, technology, personal growth,
      and other training topics.

    - Quizzes, assignments, assessments, and learning activities.

    - Certificates of completion, where offered.

    - Subscription-based learning services, where available.

    - Corporate training, customized learning programs, and related services.

We may introduce new courses, learning features, and services or update existing
offerings as our platform develops.

##### 2. Eligibility and Learner Accounts

Some features and courses require you to register for an account.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information
and to update it when necessary.

You are responsible for:

    - Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

    - Keeping your account information accurate.

    - Taking reasonable steps to protect your account.

    - Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

    - Ensuring that your use of the platform complies with these Terms.

You must not impersonate another person, create an account using misleading information,
access another user’s account without authorization, or transfer your account to
another individual without our written permission.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, unauthorized
access, abuse, or serious violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

For account assistance, contact [edverseasia@gmail.com](https://edverse.asia/terms-of-service/edverseasia@gmail.com)

##### 3. Course Enrollment and Access

Courses may be offered free of charge or for a fee. Course descriptions, prices,
access conditions, and any applicable prerequisites will be displayed on the relevant
course page or during checkout.

Enrollment is generally confirmed after the required registration steps are completed
and any applicable payment has been successfully processed.

###### 3.1 Lifetime Course Access

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant course page or agreed in writing, purchasing
an individual course grants you lifetime access to that course through your registered
Edverse account.

For this purpose, lifetime access means access for as long as the relevant course
and learning service remain available and operational. It does not mean that a course
or website is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

Course access may be affected by a clearly disclosed course-specific duration, necessary
technical changes, legal requirements, security concerns, or legitimate operational
circumstances.

Where reasonably practicable, we will notify affected learners of material changes
to purchased course access and consider appropriate alternatives or remedies where
required by applicable law.

Lifetime access to an individual course does not automatically include future courses,
paid subscriptions, live training sessions, or additional services unless expressly
stated.

###### 3.2 Subscriptions

Where Edverse offers subscription services, the applicable subscription price, billing
frequency, included content, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions will be
disclosed before purchase.

Subscription access may differ from lifetime access to an individually purchased
course.

A subscription does not automatically grant lifetime access to all content on the
platform. Access to subscription content may end when the subscription expires or
is cancelled, subject to the applicable subscription terms and law.

You are responsible for reviewing the subscription details before completing a purchase.

##### 4. Fees, Payments, and Pricing

Prices, applicable currencies, payment methods, and additional charges will be presented
during the purchase process.

By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable amount disclosed at checkout.

You must ensure that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized
to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, whose own terms
and procedures may apply.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors, investigate suspicious transactions,
and decline or cancel fraudulent or unauthorized orders where permitted by law.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been collected, we will arrange
an appropriate refund where required by applicable law.

##### 5. Refunds and Cancellations

Edverse aims to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.

###### 5.1 Refund Request Period

Unless a different policy is expressly disclosed for a particular product, course,
or subscription, you may request a refund within **7 calendar days of the purchase
date**.

Requests should be sent to [edverseasia@gmail.com](https://edverse.asia/terms-of-service/edverseasia@gmail.com)
and include:

    - Your full name.

    - Your registered email address.

    - The course, subscription, or service purchased.

    - The purchase date and transaction reference, if available.

    - The reason for your request.

Submitting a request within seven days does not automatically guarantee approval.

###### 5.2 Refund Assessment

We will review each request based on the circumstances of the purchase, the applicable
course or subscription policy, the extent of access or use, and applicable law.

Relevant considerations may include whether substantial course content has been
accessed or completed, whether downloadable materials have been used extensively,
and whether live training or other services have already been delivered.

These considerations do not override any mandatory refund rights or consumer protections
applicable under Cambodian law.

###### 5.3 Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method
where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial
institution.

We may request reasonable additional information to verify a transaction or refund
request.

###### 5.4 Cancellations by Edverse

If Edverse cancels a paid course or is unable to provide a purchased service, we
will consider an appropriate refund or alternative remedy in accordance with the
circumstances, the applicable agreement, and the law.

###### 5.5 Subscription Cancellation

Where subscriptions are available, cancellation will follow the terms disclosed
at purchase. Cancelling a subscription may prevent future renewals but does not
necessarily entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Any mandatory refund or cancellation rights remain unaffected.

##### 6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Edverse responsibly, lawfully, and respectfully.

You must not:

    - Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent
      content.

    - Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or impersonate another person.

    - Share paid course materials or account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

    - Reproduce, resell, or redistribute protected learning materials without permission.

    - Circumvent payment requirements or technical access restrictions.

    - Attempt to hack, damage, disrupt, or compromise the website or its security.

    - Introduce malicious software or harmful code.

    - Manipulate assessments, course completion records, or certificates.

    - Infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

    - Use unauthorized automated tools to extract or reproduce protected platform
      content.

    - Use the platform for unlawful commercial activities or fraudulent purposes.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including
removing content, restricting course access, suspending accounts, or referring serious
matters to appropriate authorities where justified and legally permitted.

##### 7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, content made available through Edverse is owned by or
licensed to Edverse or the relevant content owner.

This may include course videos, presentations, text, graphics, logos, learning resources,
assessments, website content, and other educational materials.

When you enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable
right to access and use the relevant materials for your personal learning or another
expressly authorized purpose.

Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing, you must not:

    - Copy, republish, sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute course materials.

    - Record or redistribute protected course videos or live training sessions.

    - Share paid learning resources with unauthorized users.

    - Remove copyright notices or other ownership information.

    - Use Edverse’s name, logo, or branding in a misleading manner.

Purchasing a course or subscription does not transfer ownership of its intellectual
property to you.

You retain ownership of original work you create, subject to applicable third-party
rights and any separate agreement.

##### 8. Learner Submissions and Course Participation

Certain courses may allow you to submit assignments, projects, comments, discussions,
or other learning activities.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions are lawful and do not infringe
the rights of others.

You must not submit confidential information belonging to another person or organization
unless authorized to do so.

You grant Edverse permission to store, display, and process your submissions as
reasonably necessary to deliver courses, assess work, provide feedback, and administer
our learning services.

We do not claim ownership of your original work solely because you submit it through
our platform.

We may remove submissions that violate these Terms or applicable law.

##### 9. Assessments and Certificates

Where offered, quizzes, assignments, examinations, and certificates are subject
to the requirements specified for the relevant course.

Certificates may be issued when learners meet the applicable completion, participation,
assessment, or attendance requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a certificate of completion confirms completion
of the specified course. It does not automatically represent government accreditation,
an officially recognized academic qualification, professional licensure, or regulated
certification.

Learners must not falsify, alter, misuse, or misrepresent certificates issued through
Edverse.

We may investigate suspected fraudulent certificates and take appropriate corrective
action, subject to applicable law.

##### 10. Privacy and Personal Information

Edverse collects and processes personal information as necessary to register learners,
administer accounts, deliver courses, process payments, manage subscriptions, issue
certificates, provide support, and improve our services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed,
protected, and retained, as well as the rights available to individuals under applicable
law.

Please read our Privacy Policy:
https://edverse.asia/privacy-policy/

By using our services, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled
in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

##### 11. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services, including payment providers, video hosting
platforms, email services, analytics tools, and external websites.

These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Edverse does not control all third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous
availability or performance. This provision does not exclude any responsibility
that cannot lawfully be excluded.

##### 12. Educational Disclaimer

Courses and learning materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.

We aim to provide useful and relevant content, but we do not guarantee that every
course will meet each learner’s expectations, professional requirements, or individual
objectives.

Learning outcomes depend on factors such as prior knowledge, effort, participation,
and individual circumstances.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Edverse does not guarantee employment, promotion,
income, business success, professional accreditation, or any specific outcome from
participating in a course.

You are responsible for evaluating and applying the knowledge and skills gained
through our services.

##### 13. Website Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to maintain a reliable learning platform. However, access may occasionally
be interrupted by maintenance, software updates, internet failures, cybersecurity
incidents, or third-party service disruptions.

We will make reasonable efforts to address technical problems and restore access
where appropriate.

You are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, browser, internet connection,
and other equipment needed to access our services.

Nothing in this section excludes any legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

##### 14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edverse will not be liable for
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our
website or learning services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation
is prohibited by law.

Mandatory consumer rights and other legal protections available under Cambodian
law remain unaffected.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, the extent of any limitation will be determined
in accordance with applicable law and any relevant written agreement.

##### 15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Edverse at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access to particular services
if we reasonably determine that you have seriously violated these Terms, engaged
in fraud, compromised platform security, or misused our services.

Where appropriate or legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity
to resolve the issue before taking action.

Any suspension or termination will be subject to applicable contractual obligations,
refund entitlements, and mandatory legal protections.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, outstanding obligations, and other
matters that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.

##### 16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our courses, platform features,
business operations, or legal obligations.

When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide
additional notice where appropriate or legally required.

Revised Terms will take effect from the stated effective date, subject to applicable
law.

Where additional consent is legally required, we will seek that consent rather than
relying solely on continued website use.

##### 17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia,
to the extent applicable.

If a dispute arises concerning our website, courses, subscriptions, payments, or
services, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the competent
courts or another legally appropriate dispute-resolution body in Cambodia, subject
to applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents learners from exercising mandatory consumer rights
or pursuing any legally available remedy.

##### 18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Any affected provision will be interpreted or adjusted only as necessary and legally
permissible.

##### 19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, applicable refund
and subscription policies, course-specific conditions, and relevant written agreements,
govern your use of Edverse’s services.

If a conflict arises, the applicable terms will be interpreted in accordance with
the relevant agreement and applicable law.
