This course is exclusively designed to train senior teachers and junior academic
executives who are willing to advance their profession to academic managerial level.
It is determined to offer the trainees with comprehensive theoretical and practical
concept of educational administration, management, and leadership such as **Managing
in the LTO (Language Teaching Organization)**, **Academic Management, Curriculum
Management, Project Management in Education, Marketing and Sales in Education, Financial
Management in Education, Human Resource Management in Education, and Leadership 
and Management Skills in Education**. These modules will equip the trainees with**
_knowledge for practice_**, **_knowledge in practice_** and **_knowledge of practice_**
which are the fundamental assets for them to become an academic executive.
